[hpsdr] New ANAN-100D & openHPSDRj, cudaSDR, on Linux - some questions

Actually my cudaSDR branch with N1GP's local audio code does seem to be
working, the audio levels were just very low, and I had to crank the AGC
threshold up loads

Also, can anyone please advise what might be expected to interface to
the server configured in the Server Control widget of cudaSDR?
