[hpsdr] Problem with Ozy and Windows 10

I have recently tried to install Power SDR mRX PS 3.2.27 on a new Windows 10
platform. I keep getting the message:

 

You Have Ozy 0.0 

Mercry 0.0

Penny 0.0

 

The system seems to work fine when I replace Ozy with Metis. The system
works fine on a  Windows 7 machine with OZY.

I have tried completely deleting the database files but that does not seem
to help.

 

Any suggestions as to  what to try or change would be appreciated.
