[hpsdr] Signal strength recording

Hi Mike, 

The RA option in PowerSDR does that for a single channel.  I have a non-yet-public version of the RA routine that plots the outputs of Rx1 (in BLACK) and Rx2 in RED) simultaneously in a modified version of PowerSDR.  I’d be happy to share it with you if you wish.
