[hpsdr] Balanced audio on future boards

Brian,

The IQ problem is somewhat intractable, but for regular digi mode stuff you
can certainly arrange to use VAC to also monitor audio. Voicemeeter Banana (
http://vb-audio.pagesperso-orange.fr/Voicemeeter/banana.htm) is a software
application that replaces VAC or VB Cable and adds a great deal of audio
mixing and routing functionality. You can do some wonderful things with it.
Attach openHPSDR to the first virtual I/O channel and the digi mode program
to the second virtual I/O channel. Then attach your mic and speakers to the
first hardware channel. Then mix and match to your heart's content.
