[hpsdr] CAT interface

Gerard,

I think Helmut has identified your real problem. Just guessing from your
email, but it would appear you have not set up any virtual serial port
connections. There are three popular software applications to do this:

http://com0com.sourceforge.net/

Of the three I prefer VSPE even though I have to pay a small amount for it..
