[hpsdr] Tesla Made Patents Public

Tesla is not using AA cells (14mm x 50mm; volume 7697 cubic
millimeters). They are using 18650 cells (18.6mm x 65.2mm, volume
17716 cubic millimeters). Each 18650 cell has about three times the
capacity that a lithium-ion AA would have. Tesla's use of that size of
cell (which is also used in many laptop computer batteries) has been
widely reported.
