Hi all,

Finally got around to building my PennyWhistle which has been sitting on 
the shelf for a few years. The build looks clean. All the pre-operation 
setup went fine and the bias is set correctly. The SWR on the input is 
as specified.
However, when I apply drive from Penny there is no output and the 
current consumption actually decreases from its 950mA (no drive setting) 
to 600 and lower as the drive is increased.

Any hints on where to start looking appreciated.
