The Orion_v3.9 firmware package download is available from 

http://k5so.com/HPSDR_downloads.html

This new firmware fixes the bug in Orion_v3.8 that prevented proper operation of the pre distortion PureSignal functionality.  

I gratefully thank Heinz DK7ZM for reporting the problem to me.
