[hpsdr] No keying with PSDR

[KF6C]

I am using mRX PS v.2.25. with Hermes. I cannot get any keying to 
function either a key  plugged into J6 or  CWX. In the manual it notes 
that in PSDR you will need to enable it, however I cannot fine how to 
enable it in the software version. What an I missing?
