[hpsdr] VNA software for Hermes and Hermes Lite.

G'day,

My understanding is that myVNA:

* supports MS Windows platforms only
* has no access to source code
* requires activation keys

This is a deal breaker for me and I for one would prefer an open source
solution with cross platform support.
