[hpsdr] USB Protocol - Disable Alex T/R Relay ?

Hi all,

I notice that with for PC to HPSDR commands, with the C0 byte set to
0x12, the MSbit of the C4 word is described at "Disable Alex T/R Relay".

Can someone confirm that this really isn't switching the T/R relay but
is actually disabling/enabling some internal functionality that operates
the relay.

Also, with C0 = 0x00, the C4 byte has a Duplex bit.  What is the purpose
of this?
