I have been using my anan-10 with external fet pa on 477kHz for a couple of
years now with much success. See http://g4fre.com/lf_anan.htm  Its even had
one contact on 136khz with external PA, (forget the internal pa on this band

It looks like US amateurs may get a new band at 472-479 kHz, with a max EIRP
of 5W.

Does anyone know if Angelia will transmit down there, and if so whether the
ANAN 100D PA can deliver any power?
