[hpsdr] MUNIN2 Update.

Hi Helmut.

Yes, I know that and therefor I prefer to use AWG16 Teflon cable shielded  
with braid taken from RG316. According to the formulas for calculating the  
impedance, this cable is between 12 and 16 Ohm and gives slightly better  
performance than 25 Ohm coax. Just different values for the compensating  
capacitance and less bandwidth but still OK on 50 MHz. I have not found  
any low impedance cable with the right dimensions. The holes in BN-61-002  
does not permit cable larger than ca 2.5 mm Ø.
