[hpsdr] PowerSDR skins...

     Hi all,

     I'm not sure who to direct this to.

     I've been working on some custom skins and actually cleaning up 
some of the skins that are currently available for PowerSDR. This was 
done for my own use.

     Would the project like these submitted? Admittedly the fixes are 
"trivial", mostly having to do with graphic resolution which slows down 
the update speed of the panadapter when running at 60fps.
