[hpsdr] Audio distortions during zoom/pan panadapter display

Bill,

It's a trust wireless laser-mouse (with a usb 'dongle'), same one that I 
used on my old system.
It's does come without any driver.
For test,I did put it in another usb poort, windows did detect the 
hardware, and no change
  in audio distortion when zooming/panning.
When I change to another band, that has different zoom setting (using 
the keyboard), I hear same audio distortions.
