[hpsdr] Powersdr 3.2.27 and RTTY

In September I posted the message below.  I have received one reply 
(from Ken, N9VV) and have tried his suggestion (reset database) multiple 
times to no avail.  I have installed 3.2.28 and immediately 3.2.29. 
3.2.29 is still the same.  I have jpgs of the transmit spectrum for both 
3.2.1 and 3.2.27, but don't believe I can post them here.  Send me an 
email if you would like the jpgs.

Anyone with any ideas.
