[hpsdr] On Semi Phase Noise Explorer

Hello Again,

I have been told that URL doesn't work - if you go to this page; for
instance:

http://www.onsemi.com/PowerSolutions/parametrics.do?id=547

And click on one of the Analyze selections - it will more than likely want
you to login - but then you can go to the Phase Noise tool.  Pretty nice.
