[hpsdr] new API and 'OpenHPSDR Ethernet Protocol'

, states "Be aware that this code only supports the new API and firmware
'OpenHPSDR Ethernet Protocol' designed by Phil Harman, VK6PHB."

This may be a dumb question, but other than Simon's software, is there a
new version of PowerSDR and Hermes/Angelia firmware that will be available
in the near future that also supports the new API and 'OpenHPSDR Ethernet
Protocol' designed by Phil Harman, VK6PHB?
