Hope this helps:-  I use the Griffin Powermate with Windows 10 and Anan
100D

Run the Powermate setup programme from the icon, select the application
(Powersdr).  In the Global setting select Scrolls UP, in the Powersdr
application select Scrolls Down.  It works OK for me, but you need to run
Powermate from the desktop icon before starting Powersdr.
