[hpsdr] PowerSDR_mRX control of a 2nd radio.

Hi all.

I have an IC-746 that I want to use for TX on 144 MHz.  I have 
successfully set up PowerSDR_mRX with a transverter and I want to use 
PowerSDR_mrX to control the IC-746 frequency. Basically when I point and 
click in the SDR I want the radio to follow. This is a temporary measure 
until I can get an Angelia board later this year.

I think that I need Omni rig?

I am using a microham USB III interface for CAT and I can set up 
multiple COM ports with it.

Any pointers would be helpful at this stage.
