[hpsdr] Playback of I/Q recording w/o hardware

Hello,

I have an original HPSDR Atlas-based system with Mercury, Penelope, and
Metis. I've made a 15 minute I/Q .wav recording and was hoping that I
could pass it along to a fellow ham so that he can explore PowerSDR mRX PS
v3.3.6

However, I cannot see how to start PowerSDR mRX PS without hardware
attached, to "play" the recording. I believe this used to be possible with
a much earlier version of PowerSDR. Is it still?
