Lime Microsystems has launched the LimeSDR based on their second generation LMS7002M MIMO FPRF using Crowd Supply. This SDR covers a frequency range from 100 kHz to 3.8 GHz with an RF bandwidth of 61.44 MHz. And it is MIMO. This is an open source project and all details are documented on Myriad-RF.

The LimeSDR-USB User Guide on Myriad-RF describes the design in great detail.

FYI: Crowd Supply doesn’t charge your credit card till the project meets its goal, minimizing the risk.

Lime Microsystems is a privately held company that specializes and field programmable RF IC’s.
