[hpsdr] Thetis

Sorry, Pete. I'm only referring to the current software application. I
normally refer to this as openHPSDR, however perhaps it is better referred
to as PowerSDR mRX PS. Thetis is the software application that will replace
it when the next generation firmware is released. The next generation
firmware (which has no proper name yet), in addition to significant
architectural changes, instantiates a completely new communications
protocol between the radio and the PC. PowerSDR will not support the new
protocol, hence the necessity for a new application called Thetis.

Note that not only has the communications protocol changed, but everything
will *require* Gigabit Ethernet to operate. 100BASE-T will no longer be
supported or even an option. So now is the time to ensure that your
operating environment will support Gigabit Ethernet.

73!
