[hpsdr] PSDR 3.3.7 transmit freeze....

Similar problem here.

Occasional freeze with Tx on, key down.

Windows 7 pro 64bit throws unknown error and gives option to shut the program down.

A shutdown of PSDR is required to unkey the PA (running 50% power/500W!).

Not real good while operating on a net.

I have reverted to 3.3.6.
