[hpsdr] Cellular SDR Modem

Hello all,

I came across this list via Phil Harman's excellent DFC talk on YouTube:

The small "cellular SDR modem" he holds up around 18.57 particularly caught
my interest. Could anyone refer me to any further info regarding these
devices (specific to the model he had, or general background). My Google-fu
has failed me thus far!
