[hpsdr] Ozy/Magister will likely stop working on Win10 in about 60 days

Yes, Alberto, that will most likely work. That's what I had suggested
initially when George started this thread. There is some small danger in
that, of course, but FWIW I ran that way for a couple of years with my old
Flex 3000 because of some unsigned software I wanted to use.
