This new firmware version improves communications reliability between the Orion board and the PA/relay board in the ANAN-200D by sending the Alex SPI data word twice each time the Alex SPI data word changes.  

This modification may cure, or at least improve, the sporadic “no rf output on Tx" problem that has been observed on some ANAN-200D radios.  

Thanks to Scott WU2O for alerting me to the issue and testing the new firmware.
