Hi,Folks!
The problem is solved!
At this particular PC,a Dell 7010, a headset has to be plugged in during installation of the SDR Software and its Database.
If you do not so,the System does not know anything about VAC and denies functioning!
I never had that before at any other PC.
This is all Technics of the White Man!
Terrible!!!
