[hpsdr] Beta-preview dual-receiver *pihpsdr*

Is the USB version of pihpsdr already available somewhere ? I have an Ozy-Mercury-Penelope combo, Atlas based, and
a Raspberry Pi 3B + 7" touch screen on order, and would like to revive the HPSDR hardware, which is on the shelf since
a bit too long time...
