[hpsdr] Master AF out on a VAC ???

Hi Bent,

Sadly there is no way to do that at this time.

Bryan, who is copied on this email, has proposed a third instance of VAC, a
"VAC0" if you will, that carries the normal radio speaker CODEC audio
stream and accepting the TX audio stream, leaving the VAC1 and VAC2 almost
as is for carrying RX1 and RX2 receive audio only.
