[hpsdr] pi3 operations

Hello,

I can report very good success with the PI3 on HF with the Hermes.

'My group' on 40M told me the audio was 'almost' as good as the PSDR 
audio.  Better than most radios

out there, they said.  I notice the amplifier power output was lower, 
even with the same drive numbers as

PSDR.  The receive audio report is the same, almost as good as PSDR.


Perfectly acceptable is what I call it.  We had extended qso's of 20 
minutes or more, no problems noted.
