[hpsdr] New Firmware

Hi Mike, 

I’ve been putting both new-protocol and current-protocol firmware for the Angelia/ANAN-100D and Orion(MkI)/ANAN-200D, and Orion_MkII/ANAN-8000DLE on my website at the link below.  I strongly suggest using bootloader mode to go back and forth between new and current protocol firmware because the normal-mode programmers don’t fare well for doing that just yet.  Bootloader mode always works.
