Also look for heat sink kits for the Raspberry Pi.  They often come in sets 
of three.

Hi Jim.

The heat sink is probably placed on the ADC.

I bought a lot of them on e-bay some years ago. They are made for use on
RAM chips in a PC, they I got have PN: RHS-03 but anyone works. 12x13 mm
or so.
