I have a nwe project of the power amplifier 1000W for HERMES with water cooling and with 1xLDMOS BLF578. 0.5 watts input power.
Operating frequency band 1.8 - 54 MHz 
Drain power supply voltage 50-55 V 
Current consumption 30 A max 
Input power - 0.5W 500 mW 
Output power 1000W
