I don't have Alex - I'm using the Gerd's antenna switch with an LNA. Anyway, I tried to set the 6m LNA in level calibration but didn't have any influence on the S-meter-SigAvg discrepancy: shows -105dBm in Sig Avg and S=7. As a matter of fact, setting the ATT to -20 on 6m has no effect. The discrepancy still remains.
The meter is working OK, though, on all other bands.

By that I mean that you can tell the software

what is the gain of your (Alex) 6M preamp  (+/-20~25-dB)

and then your S-meter is calibrated again.
