[hpsdr] powerSDR and High resolution

I have found the problem.

 

The program uses DPI (dots per inch)  See

This overrides the scaling factor which is a little problematic for a 4K 14
inch screen but I can now use powerSDR.

 

I have had the computer for over a year, its power as a portable is very
useful for EM simulation. I have not used the touch screen that much up till
now, just set the scaling to 250%. I guess with 1 dpi that will have to
change.
