Download this tool here and set it up to monitor your GPS NMEA output:

That will decode all of that junk for you.

It looks like you are on the right track now that your antenna LNA has
power.

It can 20 minutes for the GPS receiver to obtain complete almanac data from
a completely cold start (no valid previous almanac data).
