[hpsdr] Mercury Troubleshooting Help

No comments on my earlier question - no hardware people left here?
I think I have tracked it down to the LTC2208CUP. All of the input voltages
are correct and it has ENC+ and -. No output on CLKA which may be the
primary problem. This board worked for a couple of days when I built it and
then just quit while I was using it. The LTC2208CUP does get pretty hot. Is
there anything else I should look at before ordering the most expensive part
on the board?
