[hpsdr] Beta Testing

Sorry I missed your first call for beta testers of the new protocol/Thetis.
I've been out of loop for some time.

I'd really like to be a beta tester. I have Mercury/Pennylane/Metis on Atlas
hardware. My network is 1GB (including the qualified cabling and switch). I
hope I am not too late. I guess that you have not released yet the FW for
the HW I have. Do you have any plans to release it in the near future?
