[hpsdr] Transverter output on ANAN 200D

In transverter mode (VHF bands) the actual power is modified by the gain
settings. This allows setting "100" on drive to correspond to whatever
drive level you actually need to produce whatever you want to call
"full power" on your particular transverter.

The maximum level available will depend upon the coupling between the TX
output (of the Hermes, Angelia or Orion board on an Apache radio) and
the Transverter connector. For some radios there are NO resistors
loaded. I found this to be the case on one Apache 10E. For others it
*might* be near 20 dB. But whatever it is, the individual
per-transverter-band settings are adjusted under Setup:PA Settings:PA
Gains in PSDR mRX.

The corresponding receive gain settings are set up under XVTRs:Rx Gain.

Once these two are set to match the transverter in use (along with the
correct LO settings and valid frequency range) that transverter transmit
IF power should be correct to give 100% output while the receive side
should be calibrated. This is very useful since it allows direct
measurement of both signal and noise (very important) levels on the
transverter bands.
