[hpsdr] Next Generation DFC system.

I have created a liveDVD of Ubuntu with all my DFC based software 
pre-installed.
It allows you to test drive a complete system of next generation DFC based
digital mode programs (derived from ghpsdr3 & fldigi).  Athena (the 
'sdr') also
works with Thetis.

To use it you need only have a Nvidia GTX 750ti or better GPU.  No DFC 
hardware
is required as it includes a short ADC data sample file. Additional
sample files are available on the website.

It is currently "receive only", as it uses a re-purposed anan200 for its
signals.  Once Minerva becomes available I will add transmit capabilities.

You can also install the complete system to hard-drive with the same image.
I encourage people try try it out.  While waiting for Minerva to become
available I want to shake out this portion of the project.  I cannot
possibly test it all properly without your help.  Please give feedback
on the web-site instructions, the image load/boot process, and the
actual software.
