[hpsdr] Wiring/connecting a footswitch to the 200D

There are no RS-232 signals on the radio.

If you mean the DB-25 accessory connector, then yes, if you connect pin 13
to ground that will cause the radio and software to go into a transmit
condition. It's not complicated!
