[hpsdr] Munin2 Amp

First test of my build show 15 dBm input give 29 dBm at L5 and 47 dBm output — net gain of 32 dBm on 40 meters.  I am not able to find expected values; is this in the realm? Also the 7/05/2015 schematic shows no ground connection of the tubing core single winding but there is a pad for the connection and some photos seem to show this connection soldered — does it matter? Thanks.
