[hpsdr] Noise Floor Calculation/Measurement Of Legacy System

Hello Phil,

What is the noise floor for 9kHZ to ~ 60MHz?

Realize this depends on a lot of things; just wondering if anyone has made
any real measurements of what the noise floor is and/or made a
determination on what the
weakest measurable signal level is.

Besides terminating the input and seeing what the lowest signal adjustment
is; I was wondering if anyone has come up with a real number.
