[hpsdr] Hermes connector for USB blaster

Hi Stuart and Helmut.

Helmut, you remember wrong! P2 is the right connector to use with the USB  
Blaster. And pin 1 is nearest the edge of the card. On my blaster, the  
cable coming out of it is marked on the pin 1 side.
