[hpsdr] PiHPSDR

Now, in all that the $34 US isn’t so bad. The Odroid is super fast linux box, as are the 12v “car-peters” and the intel nuc for $125 ($80 on ebay used).

I too connect my hpsdr gear to different systems based upon what I want to do _that_ week.
