[hpsdr] Hermes, no Firmware Update possibile

Hi.
I do not know how many times I have used the Bootloader to load and reload
the firmware to Hermes and other OpenHPSDR boards and I can not remember
that the boards was not found except when the board was faulty. But I
always use a dumb switch between the board and the PC. Try that just to be
sure.
