[hpsdr] Desires - Thetis Parity with Protocol 1 HPSDR

After months of using Thetis, I just switched back to HPSDR. And, after only 5min of operation have seen some improvements that impact me (like the Tx lock for ant 2 & 3, and 60m Tx filter remembered) - it also just looks sharper and cleaner for some reason.

It would be really nice if the developers could keep Thetis closer to the latest protocol 1 release.
