[hpsdr] Themis - HPSDR System Testing

Open HPSDR'ers,

For your possible interest - finally checking some firmware builds with
Themis - PowerSDR running find (did frequency cal) - but, I'm not an expert
with PowerSDR - but Themis is running and PowerSDR receiving fine - haven't
tried to xmit yet.
