[hpsdr] Thetis

Thetis works perfectly fine with P2, indeed it, piHPSDR and linHPSDR are
currently the only working P2 clients (SDR Console is currently broken),
and Thetis is a P2-only client.

It is the P2 firmware that is currently the sticky wicket. It may or may
not work on your radio.

Johan: you are using this repo: https://github.com/TAPR/OpenHPSDR-Thetis
??? If not, then that is most likely the problem.
